Sending in RequestsPlease email me (subject line must include: “Commission”) with the required information, outlined below, to [email protected]. You do not have to format the email to include the table below, but please ensure all the information requested in the table is included.
Emails without the proper subject line will not be considered.Please allow some time for me to reply to your requests. Upon confirmation that the commission is approved, I will send further instructions.If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to send me a message through email or DM.IMPORTANT: If you would like the artist to post the commission onto her social media, please also include this information in your email. (Commissions posted on the artist’s social media will always be of lower resolution).NOTE: This is not necessary if inquiring about commission type “Full Illustration”, “Character Design Sheets” or “Other”.

Terms of Service:- Please do NOT edit, modify, process, adapt or alter the piece in ANY way.
Images are for personal use ONLY. (For business inquiries, please send an email to [email protected])
To clarify, this means you may post it on your own social media/websites, crop it to be used as an icon, or used as a wallpaper for your devices. However, please do NOT claim the work as your own or use for profit.- The sketches/WIPs will remain the property of the artist.- The artist reserves the right to use commission pieces for promotion purposes UNLESS you would not like your commission to be posted onto social media and have informed her.- The artist reserves the right to refuse the commission proposal if she believes she cannot complete it to a satisfactory level or if she feels uncomfortable drawing it.- By commissioning, you have agreed to the terms outlined in this document.- Please be aware that the terms may be changed without notice.
Payment
- All payments are to be made in USD only (Paypal ONLY)
Unless an alternate agreement has been discussed and approved by the artist, 50% of payment is due once the commission request is accepted. The remaining 50% is due after the sketch(es) are approved.- No work will be started/continued until payment has been confirmed
NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS unless I, the artist, am unable to fulfill your commission request. In which case:
- 100% refund if I have NOT started on the commission
- 75% refund if I have already drawn the sketches or they have been approved
- NO refund if I have started the line art- Payment must be received within 10 days of the invoice being issued, after which, the commission will be cancelled and all sketch(es)/WIPs removed.- No changes will be allowed past the sketch stage.- One additional change can be made at the end in the case of an errorPlease NOTE:
- I will issue an invoice when I am ready to work on your commission

Backgrounds
- Default background is white/transparent- Background can also be a solid colour or a gradient of your choosing- Simple backgrounds (ex. Shapes, patterns, decoration, effects) will cost an extra $5 USD
I will be including the sky as a simple background should that be applicable to your requestFor detailed backgrounds, see Illustrations
Chibi Commissions: $75 USD
Additional Character(s): $38 USD per characterDetails may be simplified. Should you want all details intact to the best of my abilities, an extra fee may be charged
Backgrounds

Regular or Chibi Icons: $60 USD

Icons will be a headshot of the desired expression.
Canvas size: 600x600 pixels.Backgrounds:
- Solid colour/gradient/transparent- Simple patterns or custom options can be discussed- Can also be left to the artist’s discretion
Full Illustration: starts at $380 USD
Similar to Full Colour Commissions but with more freedom. However, the “do’s and dont’s” still apply in terms of the type of contentFinal price is dependent on a number of factors* and will be determined upon reviewing the request
*Complexity of pose/character/background and number of characters
Character Design Sheets: starts at $650 USD
